  Originally booked a king size bed hot tub room for Saturday night only. The Thursday before, we decided to come up a day early. So I call the hotel to see if we can book that room for Friday as well. They said that it was already booked. So I just booked a double queen bed room, no big deal. Nothing special, but it was clean. Did not have microwave in room as stated, but it wasn't enough to complain about. So we checked out of the double queen room Saturday morning, loaded all our luggage into our vehicle and spent the day on the island. Came back ready to check into our room and relax in the hot tub after a long day of biking and walking everywhere. I filled up the hot tub while I went to shower quick. Once i got out, I turned off the water to the hot tub. I noticed little black specks and some short curly hairs floating in there. Hadn't said anything to my husband yet, and he turned on the jets. He said hey, there's a bunch of nasty black flakes coming out. It was disgusting. He called the desk, they were awful. Claimed it was the first time anyone had stayed in that room, that it was just opened back up. Which was odd as they said on Thursday when i called it was booked for Friday already. And we had checked again when we were checking in at the desk on Friday. They offered 25 dollars off of our room. My husband said that's ridiculous. Their answer was to call another hotel and relocate us there. So again we had to get dressed and re pack everything to go to another hotel. As of this morning, it's still showing 3 days of room charges on my card, despite the fact we only stayed 2 nights. Terrible customer service, will never come back.
